Approximately one third of all women with breast cancer will develop a clinically relevant level of distress, which has been associated with lower treatment adherence, poorer clinical and psychosocial outcomes and les satisfaction with medical care. Deborah Lo-Fo-Wong investigates predictors of distress in women with breast cancer. She examines sociodemographic, clinical and psychosocial predictors of enduring clinical distress. She also examines predictors of unmet care needs in the post-treatment phase.
