Sport is traditionally seen as a way of stimulating the development of young people and preventing anti-social behaviour, and sports-based interventions are frequently used as an instrument to prevent juvenile delinquency. Anouk Spruit’s aim is to continue to our scientific knowledge on the effectiveness of sports-based interventions within this framework.
