The position of a verb relative to an adjoining adverb varies across languages, sometimes preceding and sometimes following the adverb. The Rich Agreement Hypothesis provides an explanation of this phenomenon for the Indo-European language family. Seid Tvica expands the cross-linguistic data by including other languages to evaluate the extent to which the hypothesis holds for them.
