As billions of people search the internet every day, search engines are becoming more and more complex. This growing complexity also makes it harder to understand users and their interactions with result pages and measure the quality of user experiences. Aleksandr Chuklin analyses user behavior on complex result pages and uses these observations to model user behavior, creating models that capture different user intents and different presentation types on search engine result pages.
