On 10 March 2015, the Executive Board issued a 10-point plan. With these guiding principles, the Board hopes to continue the discussions with all parties involved.
A number of points are very concrete such as total financial transparency, the right of approval with respect to the allocation model and a cap on temporary contracts. Other points require further talks with staff, students, the representative advisory bodies and action groups. This past week meetings were held with the faculties about implementing the 10 points.
On 11 March, the Executive Board invited Rethink, De Nieuwe Universiteit and Humanities Rally for talks. To date, no reply has been given.
