New protest against cuts to higher education: 25 November

On Monday, 25 November, at 13:00, a new protest against cuts to higher education will take place at the Malieveld in The Hague. The action is being coordinated by organisations including WOinActie, LSVb, and UNL. The Executive Board of the University of Amsterdam wholeheartedly supports these actions.
Staff and students given space to participate
The UvA is providing staff and students who wish to join the demonstration in The Hague the opportunity to do so. The protest focuses on the future of the university sector and its importance to Dutch society.
