After the Office of International Student Affairs (BIS) at the UvA receives the nomination from the partner university, we will send you a link to fill in our online application form and upload all your supporting documentation.
The home international office should email the Nomination form and the scanned transcripts of the students they wish to nominate for the Global Exchange Programme. The designated student exchange adviser will then contact the nominated students with application instructions. Late nominations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Students should email all requested application materials (as instructed in 'Apply now') to their designated student exchange adviser.

The acceptance letter will be sent directly to the student's email address and home university coordinator approximately four to six weeks after the UvA application deadline.
