    Dr. Colin Lee is specialized in topics at the intersection of human resources, organizational behavior, IO psychology, and careers. In his research he leverages recent developments in data extraction, normalization, and processing in order to provide insight into how people can be matched to work, and to develop tools that help with the dissemination of academic knowledge.

    Dr. Lee's work has been lauded with several esteemed academic grants and prizes and has been published in a fast growing list of scholarly journals. In the Dutch and Belgian media in particular, his research on matching candidates to vacancies has had considerable coverage, featuring on RTL Z and Radio 1 and in, amongst others, ”Financieel Dagblad”, “De Volkskrant”, “NRC Next”, ”De Standaard”, and “De Morgen”.
