    Curriculum Vitae

    Maryam Malakotipour (1995) is a PhD candidate at the Amsterdam Centre for Law and Economics (ACLE) since 2019. Her research interest revolves around corporate and insolvency law from micro and macroeconomic perspectives.

    She obtained her master’s degree in Law and Finance (cum laude) at the University of Amsterdam and obtained her Bachelor’s degree in International and European Law at the University of Groningen (cum laude).

    Research 

    Maryam currently focuses on contractualisation of insolvency law and its possible impacts on business funding and financial stability.
