Rifka van der Meer is an education policy officer in the psychology department. She is mainly involved in teacher professionalisation and quality assurance.
Rifka is evaluation coordinator and BKO/SKO coordinator (Basic and Senior Qualification Education). She is also a member of the BKO assessment committee, and works together with the directors of college and graduate school, senior peer reviewers and Stef Spoelder (didactic specialist of Learn! Academy).
The coordinator for teacher professionalisation invites new teachers/UDs to participate in the BKO programme of the Psychology Department. To this end, she conducts intake interviews with new teachers to set up individual programmes. If desired, she can also give didactic advice during the BKO programme.
In addition to the actual BKO programme, Rifka also helps teachers to find good, fitting professionalisation programmes. These processes can be part of the BKO, but can also follow or be separate from the BKO trajectory.
Rifka is also the evaluation coordinator and therefore responsible for the implementation and organisation of, and communication about, the educational evaluations within the department.
Every teacher who has the idea that they can and want to develop further in the didactic field, and/or who would like to have his or her education evaluated in a specific way, is cordially invited to contact Rifka. She is happy to help you think about which form fits your wishes and needs, advises you about the possibilities and can also do the necessary research and arranging work for you.
Rifka's working hours are Monday morning, Tuesday, Thursday morning and Friday. Room number G 0.20
