Maud joined the University of Amsterdam in 2018 and now manages the Department of Geography, Planning and International Development Studies. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and completed a year-long professional programme at the Korteweg-de Vries Institute for Mathematics. Maud started the MSc in Management in 2022 at Nyenrode Business University. Inspired by her staff she regularly teams up her international colleagues to organize the business organizations of GPIO and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences. She is specialized in process improvement, human resource management and financial management, and focused on the daily operations within the department. Maud is a professional with business administration responsibilities that makes sure that processes are running smoothly and the whole company sticks to its goals and priorities.
