Muhammad Muzzammil Hasan (Pakistan) feels that if you want an intellectual challenge and be part of an amazing and diverse student body and live in one of the best cities, the UvA is the best choice. 'And if you’re chubby like me and want to drop a few pounds, this is the right place for you (we bike way too much).'

Chrys Silalahi (Indonesia) likes the fact that the lecturers are really passionate about their fields. 'Most of the tutors are great and always willing to help. I find them very responsive and obliging. I also enjoy being in an international class, as it gives you different perspectives.'
Brunno de Lima de Mello (Brazil) compared some programmes. 'I realised that this Bachelor's was the only one with a real diverse quality. Business, finance and economics subjects are covered, helping you with situations that you would experience in the field.'
