Datum

Tijd
11:00 -13:00

Students will read important academic texts pertaining to the theme and bring to the classroom their discussion questions on the topic. They will take this opportunity to acquire familiarity with the space, with an eye to completing their final assignment, which is an exhibition idea for the room. This final assignment requires students to redefine the public function of the room and to use oral history, visual arts, music/poetry and other sources for an exhibition space that does justice to the violence and trauma wrought by colonialism and coloniality.

This is a seminar and therefore not a public event.
