Each faculty decides for itself whether it will use this surveillance tool. The system is new to students and lecturers and still raises many questions. For this reason, Amsterdam Law School does not use it, at least in block five. The faculty now investigates the possibilities and limitations and wants to carefully consider the possible use of online proctoring at a later date. 

In the choices made by the faculty, study progress and guaranteeing the reliability of examination results - and therefore the value of diplomas - are important starting points. This is based on the conviction that this is in the interest of students. Naturally, you will be kept informed of developments and decisions on this subject.
