Logistic theory of the capital management. Calculations of the insurance tariffs of the logistic annuities.

Abstract: The logistic theory of the capital management is based on the chief principles developed in the classical theory of finance. In its analysis of the dynamics of the capital, the latter relies on the model of the exponential development, i.e. on the rule of compound interest. Meanwhile, in the logistic theory, there operates the function of the limited growth (i.e. the logistic function). The investigation has demonstrated that, in a newly proposed logistic theory, the unanimous system of scientific statements, calculations and estimations is retained thus allowing for the calculation of interest, the discount of value expressions, the determination of the present and future monetary values, the management of cash flows, the calculation of annuities and other rents, the estimation of investment projects, insurance rate, etc. Although here the calculations are more complicated and possible to be carried out entirely within the use of information technologies, yet, in certain cases, the results achieved on the basis of the logistic theory are much more accurate and reliable. To say more, the application of the logistic theory offers qualitatively new results. For instance, the employment of the logistic discount of cash flows allows for the explanation of the price bubble formation mechanism. It has been determined that the mentioned process is affected by insufficiency of the adequate resources: with their decrease, the value of the internal rate of return increases.

The seminar will take place in G-building, see below for the address.
