There are various ways to contact the study advisers:
Online: Ask your question online via the Digital Student Service Desk.
Walk-in hours: There is a walk-in hour online twice a week and a walk-in hour on location twice a week.
Walk-in hours (online): every Monday and Wednesday, there is an online walk-in hour from 10.00-11.00h. During this hour, you can use this link: https://uva-live.zoom.us/j/85989813866. You will enter a waiting room; as soon as it is your turn, the study adviser will let you in. You always have a private conversation. Can’t enter the waiting room? This means the walk-in hour for that day is full. Try at another online walk-in or come to a walk-in hour on location.
Walk-in hours (on location): Every Tuesday and Thursday, there is a walk-in hour from 10.00-11.00h on campus. You do not need an appointment. Check in with the Education Desk on the 6th floor of REC A, a study adviser will pick you up there.
Request a call: Request a call with a study adviser via the Digital Student Service Desk or by contacting the Education Desk. A study adviser will almost always call you back on the same day. Preferably provide us with your availability during the day when making a call back request.
Appointment: You can plan an appointment yourself, using the online schedule. You can choose between ‘appointment at REC A’ or ‘online via Zoom’.
Conversations with a study adviser are always confidential.
