IFMSA-UvA

IFMSA is an international student association that focuses on global health. Many students at the Faculty of Medicine (AMC-UVA) are a part of this association. Because global health is a very broad concept, IFMSA organises many activities within this theme. They include clinical internships, research internships, electives and conferences. IFMSA is also known for its Teddy Bear Hospital, exchange programmes, and sex education.

Mozaïek 

Mozaïek is a medical student association that aims to draw attention to current medical and societal issues in the Netherlands. They organise various projects, such as debates, symposiums, sports days for overweight children, student trips to the United States and England, and film evenings themed around a medical topics.

(UNISCA) United Nations International Student Conference of Amsterdam

UNISCA is a Model United Nations (MUN) organised by the University of Amsterdam. The study programme consists of a two-week Summer course, during which a simulation of a United Nations Conference takes place.
