Recurring events

APAC organizes several events throughout the year for both academics and practitioners. Below we will generally describe our APAC events. Up to date information on upcoming events can be found on our LinkedIn page.  

APAC Academy

APAC Academy is a community of researchers in the area of people analytics and algorithmic management. We hold bi-monthly online meetings during which we discuss the latest research insights in people analytics and its impact. Every session focuses on a different topic and we invite two speakers to share their research or perspective on the topic. Participants are encouraged to engage with the topic, speaker, and each other. It’s the perfect environment for brainstorming and interacting with fellow researchers.  

APAC Industry Network Meetings

To facilitate networking, knowledge sharing, and practitioner-academic collaborations, the Amsterdam People Analytics Centre (APAC) host an Industry Network event twice a year. The Industry network is an in-person event at the Amsterdam Business School for practitioners working in people analytics. For this event, we invite speakers from the industry to share their People Analytics journey. The Industry Network event is designed as an interactive event that allows all participants to be inspired and engage not only with the topics but also with each other.
