The European Negotiation Hub (ENHub) at the University of Amsterdam Business School is an international competence center for negotiation research and education. ENHub connects academics and professionals in the field of negotiation and facilitates the implementation of evidence-based negotiation practice.

We conduct research that is relevant for negotiation and conflict management practice. Our expertise is rooted in psychology, organisational behaviour, (industrial) marketing and research methodology.

ENHub network

ENHub is part of the University of Amsterdam Business School in the Netherlands and connects negotiation researchers and practitioners from universities and organisations across Europe (and beyond).

Events

ENHub organises several events throughout the year for both academics and practitioners.

Education and training

ENHub provides negotiation and conflict management training for executives, professionals, and students. We also develop new negotiation education techniques and materials.

ENhub offers collaboration opportunities on a broad range of topics related to negotiation. We investigate issues that are relevant to practitioners and add to the body of knowledge on negotiation and conflict. We are open to collaborate with companies and organisations to improve negotiation knowledge and practice.
