Two decades ago, Pastor James Wuye and Imam Muhammad Ashafa led opposing militias in Nigeria, rocked by ethnic and religious violence. 

Today, they travel their country and the world in order to witness that reconciliation is possible and teach Muslims and Christians how to live in peace. Two outstanding witnesses and an extraordinary story.

The lecture will be introduced by dr. Rachel Spronk (UvA), anthropologist, who lived in Jos, Nigeria.
