They organized many workshops on interview skills, resume, negotiation, immigration issues etc. Kristina also arranged individual sessions with every student to understand their skills and motivation, so as to identify the strengths, weakness and opportunities. She helped me to prepare for interviews and gave critical feedback to improve on my weak points. She is a highly dynamic person who goes the extra mile to connect with the alumni and other industry professionals to help the students with career advice and internship opportunities.
