I have a social psychology and educational sciences background. My doctoral research focused on skills educators need to employ (culturally responsive) practices that engage learners and improve their learning, characteristics of effective professionalisation for the development of these skills, and implications of these practices on peer group dynamics and motivation to learn.
My interests include but are not limited to barriers and approaches to diversity, intersectionality, representation, respecting differences and making diversity work, and intercultural communication.
For the past years, I have been designing and implementing educational programs for students and staff, and I currently teach psychology workgroups at the PPLE College.
