My research aims to encompass three main themes:

    (Applied) Social and Personality Psychology

How can we understand how individual differences influence our
daily behaviors, attitudes, and outcomes in organizational
    settings?

    For example:
→ How have current attitudes and schemas about leaders
changed or stayed the same over time?
→ Which individual or situational factors make people more likely
to grant power and influence to a non-stereotypical leader?

    Positive Psychology

What can challenging and unexpected life experiences teach us
and how might they act to promote diversity in organizations?
How can we promote positive outcomes for non-prototypical
    leaders and their followers?

    Biological Psychology

How can we use what we know about the mind-body interaction
as a tool to assess (positive) outcomes in diverse organizational
    leadership?
