In the BSc Econometrics we train you to programme these models and interpret their outcome effectively.

  • How will housing prices evolve over the coming years?
  • How can traffic jams be reduced?
  • How many people use another means of transport if fuel excise duty is increased?
  • Is it possible to predict whether a customer is likely to purchase an item, based on their website click behaviour?
'Clear application in society'
'Econometrics is the perfect combination of maths, with a clear practical application in society. I’m very happy in the programme. The group is small, which means that there are plenty of opportunities for one-on-one interaction with the lecturers.'
