Welcome to the website of the 7th Biennial Conference on Procrastination. This year's conference will be held July 22-23, 2011 at the University of Amsterdam in the historical center of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The conference is hosted by the Department of Psychology and the Amsterdam Business School of the University of Amsterdam.
This year's conference theme focuses on new approaches towards procrastination. New approaches may focus on theoretical advances, applications to novel settings (e.g., work and organizational settings, health-related settings, groups/teams), or new methods and conceptualizations (e.g., diary-studies, behavioral measures of procrastination). We welcome submissions on this theme, as well as submission on other topics related to procrastination.
We hope that you will consider joining us for what is sure to be an interesting and stimulating event. If you have any questions about the conference or the abstract submission process, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please note that the conference is planned just before the conference of the International Society for the Study of Individual Differences (ISSID) that is hold 25-28 July, 2011 in London. The two conferences can be easily combined into a single trip.
We look forward to seeing you in Amsterdam this summer!
