Incompany: custom education

In addition to open programmes, the UvA Academy also offers custom programmes for organisations. Sometimes, there are issues within an organisation that lack a suitable answer and require more strategy or organisational change. With custom programmes, the programme content is geared to the reality facing your organisation. Together, we will determine the issues and formulate a programme for developing future scenarios, a refresher course or an intervention in the organisation.

The UvA Academy has an extensive team of academics and professionals and can help your organisation apply state-of-the-art insights and knowledge. This is a didactic format putting knowledge into action, which leads to change. 

Examples of in-company programmes

  • internal refresher training programmes for PE or PO points;
  • Capita Selecta: lecture series for high potentials;
  • inspiration seminars for managers and CEOs;
  • retraining programmes to become a junior data scientist.
