Other programmes
In addition to the selection of traditional study programmes, the UvA also offers non-degree programmes and programmes for professionals.
Advanced and Executive programmes
These Master's programmes are intended for specific groups of professionals holding a Master's degree who are seeking to extend their knowledge of a specific discipline.
Exchange programmes
Students already regitered in a degree programme at a foreign partner university that has an agreement with the UvA may take courses at the UvA.
UvA Summer School
Each year, the UvA Summer School offers a wide range of intensive summer courses at Bachelor’s, Master’s and PhD levels. Some courses are also open to professionals.
Winter courses
Each year, the UvA offers a range of winter courses in fields such as Anthropology, Language and New Media. The courses are annually attended by Master’s and PhD students with backgrounds in various disciplines.
