Do you assess the work of students and PhDs? Do you want to check whether submitted papers, theses or essays contain passages lifted from other people's work? The plagiarism tool Turnitin Similarity compares documents with previously submitted material and publicly accessible online sources.
Using Turnitin
Turnitin Similarity is linked to Canvas. In the Canvas course for lecturers you will find a section on detecting plagiarism with instructions on how to create assignments containing plagiarism checks and how to read and interpret the plagiarism report (similarity report).
