For example, the reception can provide visitor passes, access to rooms, or a parking space. In case of an emergency, reception also serves as a first point of contact. 

Lost and found

Lost items can be handed in at the location’s reception desk or service point. Items will be kept there until closing time and handed over to Facility Services the following morning. By 12:00 noon, items are registered on iLost – except for those found in day lockers. 

Check the location’s iLost page to see if your item has been found. If so, you can usually collect it the same day (by appointment via iLost). Items can also be posted to you if needed. 

Roeterseiland
