Judith de Jong is a doctoral researcher in Political Science at the University of Amsterdam and the Germany Institute Amsterdam (DIA). Her PhD research explores how citizens with various immigrant histories evaluate political representation across three countries: the Netherlands, Germany and France.
Judith holds a Research Master in Social Sciences from the University of Amsterdam. Previously, she worked as a research assistant in projects on identity misrecognition and on the sociolegal obstacles faced by mixed status families in the Netherlands.
