Amsterdam Center for Transformative Private Law

The teaching staff of the LLM in European Private Law are all researchers at the Amsterdam Center for Transformative Private Law (ACT, the former CSECL). The ACT studies the interplay between the European, national and international laws that govern economic transactions in Europe.

Its research programme has been recognized by the university as a thematic focal point and forms part of the research priority area in private and public European Law.
