The Works Councils Act (WOR) gives the Central Works Council (COR) the right of consent, the right to be consulted, the right to be informed and the right of initiative. These rights underpin the COR during its consultations and in giving solicited and unsolicited advice. Your feedback and suggestions can help the COR to perform its duties as a representative council. The COR will only use your response for this specific purpose. Your response will be treated confidentially, within the framework of Dutch law.

How an anonymous response works

You can respond anonymously by using just your first name or a pseudonym. The COR needs a name to be able to register every response, which is why a first name or pseudonym will suffice. All responses will be treated confidentially.

Once you have sent an e-mail or returned the form...

The COR aims to send you a follow-up/response within five working days, or within three weeks during the summer recess, if you leave your e-mail address below. In principle, the response time runs until 30 September 2020, but your input is still welcome after this date.
