Our masterclass Mentoring Startups aims to further develop your mentoring and coaching skills. During 2 half-day sessions on 15 April and 24 June 2020, you get updated on the scientific basis and best practices of start-up coaching and mentoring. There are 2 months between sessions, so you have the opportunity to put into practice and reflect on what you have learned. In between these 2 meetings at the University of Amsterdam Business School, 2 informal discussion sessions will be organised in collaboration with startup accelerator Rockstart based in Amsterdam about startup mentoring on 29 April and 27 May 2020. These sessions will also be open to Rockstart’s mentors to facilitate the informal exchange of experiences between startup mentors.
During the masterclass you will study theory and best practices. There is also plenty of time for reflection on your own experiences as well as those of your fellow participants. In the 2nd session, an experienced startup mentor will attend as a guest lecturer to further inspire you.

This masterclass is designed for startup coaches and start-up mentors. In particular those working in the context of an entrepreneurship programme, such as a startup incubator or accelerator. Whether you are a seasoned mentor or a relative newcomer, we look forward to welcoming you.
