With the Splashtop programme, Servicedesk ICT Services can help you remotely with computer problems.

To help you properly, the UvA service desk employee watches your computer. For each assistance session, you first give permission to do so. At the end of the session, the service desk employee will disconnect you again. You can also disconnect yourself, during or after the session.
