On Saturday, 4 October at 10:00, we will kick off Alumni Week 2025 with the Run for Science, made possible in part by the Amsterdam University Fund. A 7-km run is the perfect way to warm up your muscles for the varied programme taking place throughout the week. And the excitement begins right after the run with the Weekend of Science at the Science Park. There are 100 places available, so don’t wait too long to sign up!

Every participant will receive an exclusive UvA running shirt as a keepsake of the day. There are also great prizes to be won for the fastest runners.

So dust off your old (or new) running shoes, call that fellow student you haven’t seen in far too long, and come run a lap around your old campus together. We look forward to seeing you there!
