The cold front that has hit us so mercilessly this week has also taken its toll on our construction work. A number of activities that were scheduled to take place cannot be carried out due to the severe frost. Work on paving the area around Building 1 (the CREA building) has been postponed. This also applies to cleaning operations on the facade of Tower B, which was to have been cleaned with a high-pressure sprayer to remove damage from last year’s fire.
Other work, such as excavations and pouring concrete, has also been cancelled until the weather improves. Activities that are not impacted by the winter weather are on schedule and will continue as planned.
