International Chapters
Did you know almost 10,000 UvA alumni are living outside the Netherlands? The UvA is keen to strengthen the bond between alumni and the UvA and among alumni, also outside the Netherlands. This is why the UvA Development and Alumni Relations office launched alumni chapters in China, Russia, United Kingdom and the United States.
Local group of UvA alumni
A chapter is a local group of UvA alumni who gather twice per year for a lecture or networking drinks. UvA Alumni Ambassadors support the presidents of the UvA Alumni Chapters in organising alumni events. They also help UvA staff members at education fairs in China, Russia, United Kingdom and the United States. The UvA regularly combines alumni events with staff visits.
