Van Dam introduces you to innovative forms of support. Less emphasis on what is going wrong, more on energy, connection and possibilities. Prevention is central here: how can we address problems before they arise, rather than treating them afterwards? Around this time, his book De Mentale Wasstraat (The Mental Car Wash) will also be published, in which he elaborates on this innovative vision.
