Opening of the Academic Year 2026-2027
The official opening of the 2026 - 2027 academic year will focus on new perspectives, featuring our new President of the Executive Board, Vinod Subramaniam, the transfer of the Rectorship from Peter-Paul Verbeek to Anniek de Ruijter, and the launch of the new UvA strategy. On Monday 31 August, we will celebrate the start of the academic year. All students and staff are warmly invited.
