During this event, Martin Senftleben – Professor of Intellectual Property Law and Director of the Institute for Information Law (IViR) – will discuss current developments in legislation, case law and practice.

Prof Dr Martin Senftleben is Professor of Intellectual Property Law and Director of the Institute for Information Law (IViR) at the University of Amsterdam. He is regarded as a leading expert in the field of copyright and studies, among other things, the impact of AI on copyright, the role of algorithmic enforcement and the relationship between AI creativity and human creativity. In addition, he advises the Dutch government on copyright and is Chair of the European Copyright Society.
