The next generation of AI does not wait for a prompt. Agentic AI plans, reasons, takes initiative and carries out actions independently. As a result, AI shifts from being a tool to becoming a digital colleague. This calls for a fundamentally different perspective on governance. How do you exercise oversight over systems that act with increasing autonomy? Where does responsibility lie? And how do you prevent innovation from outpacing the agreements surrounding it? In this Lunch & Learn, you will explore why the rise of agentic AI demands a fundamentally different view of governance.
