Digital documents and verification

Upon conditional admittance to the Bachelor’s programme you applied for, you will be asked to submit certified photocopies of your diploma(s) and official transcript(s) of your final results. The certified paper documents must be submitted through postal mail.

The deadline for sending in both the hard copies and digital documents is 31 August 2023 unless stated otherwise in your conditional acceptance letter.

We accept the following documents to be submitted digitally, or have your results verified online:

  • A-levels

    Pearson/Edexcel

Please request for the results to be sent directly to the University of Amsterdam. Pearson/Edexcel will accept these requests from July onwards through their website. Once the official results are released in August, Pearson/Edexcel will send these results by email directly to the University of Amsterdam, as requested. Please only use credentialevaluation@uva.nl as the required email address in your application to avoid delays in the delivery of the results to the university. Students interested in using this service can also send an email to progression@pearson.com to be notified when the result sending service is open for applications.

    AQA

Please request for the results to be sent directly to the University of Amsterdam. Visit the AQA website for more information on how to apply for this service.
