    Menglei Gu joined Amsterdam Business School in January 2026 as a visiting postdoctoral researcher in the Strategy and International Business section. She received her PhD from Xi’an Jiaotong University in China and is currently an Associate Researcher at the Business School of Sichuan University. Her research interests include knowledge spillovers, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
