Current activities
Justice at the Dutch Supreme Court (2016-) and honorary professor of private law Amsterdam Law School.
I teach Introduction to private law (first year LLB, in Dutch ) and Comparative European Tort Law (PPLE Law Major). My areas of interest are Tort Law, Financial Law and Law & Social and Behavioral Sciences.
From 2006-2016 I was Dean and Professor of Private Law at the Amsterdam Law School, and from 2015-2016 vice-rector of the University of Amsterdam.
