Interdisciplinary fields: psychology, philosophy, Bildung, art, coaching.

In our meetings we want to map out where people come from and where they want to go. In this landscape we want to explore the forces inside and outside themselves (internalized messages from the past, expectations of parents/society, ambition, uncertainty and so on) and to what extent she (or he) has authorship over her own life. By means of various reflection exercises and action exercises, we want to find out what someone’s next intended destination is, what obstacles are in the way and what resistance she encounters. We then want to make that resistance manageable, so that someone can make the choice to take ownership of this specific area. We want to enrich the areas where she experiences authorship through experiments in imagination and action.

Metaphor: you are the writer of your own life story. But sometimes your pen doesn't do well, or you're limited in your vocabulary. We will look at when your pen stops, who actually determined the color ink for you and how you can get your pen working again. In addition, you may also notice that in your life you do sometimes determine what you write, but that it is not the exciting or beautiful or interesting story you want it to be. We are going to see which other words you can use, which other stories/genres you can think of and that you can also exchange your ballpoint for a marker or a multi-color glitter pen.

We work in three blocks of focus:

  1. awareness (of yourself, your environment, your strengths and your weaknesses),
  2. tools (how to become more agile in yourself, with yourself, with others and with the world),
  3. choose & do (mine where you want to go and how to achieve it).
