ATOSIM graduates can start as a PhD researcher at an academic institution, or enter corporate research and development (for example at SHELL, Unilever, Proctor & Gamble, or AKZO Nobel). Students from developing countries are optimally positioned to contribute to the development of this scientific field in their home country, in strong partnership with European institutions. Furthermore, the general skills acquired by ATOSIM students (analytical thinking, ability to work with and develop complex modeling tools) also provide a good basis for employment at large financial institutions or government agencies.
