The Master in Spatial Sustainability Studies is unique in its spatial perspective and the opportunity for students to exit the programme with a Master in either Human Geography or Urban and Regional Planning. It combines environmental courses from both programmes and allows students to specialize in their field of choice. It gives students the tools to approach sustainability challenges in an integrative manner and to make the connection between analysis and intervention.
A large part of your programme focuses on self-study. In addition to this you have weekly lectures and opportunities for tutorials and group projects.
