Digital history

In honour of this year’s 150th anniversary of the abolition of slavery in Dutch colonies, the website includes images and artifacts from the family of De Kom, archival material, and video interviews with people inspired by his work. This is the first web exhibition ever created by Public History students at the university and marks the beginning of an exciting new series of initiatives to expand digital history training and practice in the program.
