Financial support for research in Modern Greek Studies

The Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation will be financing research in Modern Greek Studies at the Faculty of Humanities in the coming years, by each year inviting one or two scholars to conduct their research. In doing so, the foundation will sponsor the work of the Marilena Laskaridis Chair, to which Maria Boletsi has been appointed professor.
With these research fellowships, the Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation aims to strengthen the research output in Modern Greek Studies at this university and internationally, encourage academic collaborations and exchanges, and give the opportunity to both young and more experienced scholars in this field to further their research.
