People Analytics for Managers

People analytics is a data-driven approach to workforce management, that can help us to influence important business outcomes. Companies use it to understand workforce productivity drivers, to improve employee experience, to create a diverse and inclusive culture, or to reduce employee turnover. Mastering people analytics has also become an important skill to improve managerial decision making. This masterclass will help you to grow as a business professional or sponsor, and it can help you lead people analytics projects which will add value to the business. Why join the masterclass People Analytics for Managers?
  • What will you learn?

    In this 2-day masterclass, you will learn how to use people analytics and how to influence important business outcomes. In the business simulation game, you will support a company to make big decisions regarding diversity and inclusion, cost reductions, and to improve the development (and retention) of talent. In particular you will learn:

    • How to identify relevant business problems.
    • How to identify and select available and useful types of data and metrics.
    • Which types of analyses are relevant.
    • How to visualise and interpret your data.
    • How to present your results in a convincing way.
    • How to build people analytics capabilities in your own company.
  • For whom?

    This masterclass is designed for managers in business and HR who recognise the value of analytics and would like to know more about how to use people data to solve business problems. The focus in this masterclass will be more on the business application of people analytics ('the translator' role), and less on mathematics and data science.
